About the Artist: Al Bahe is best known for his acrylic paintings of Diné Yei'i figures. Born in 1959, Bahe served three years in the Marines before attending Santa Fe's Institute of American Indian Art and Flagstaff's Northern Arizona University. He started painting in 1991 and continues to paint daily in his Shonto, AZ studio.
