About the Artist: Harrison Begay (November 15, 1917-August 18, 2012) was a widely-known Navajo artist who focused on watercolors and screen-printing. Harrison studied under Dorothy Dunn at the Santa Fe Indian School. He has won many awards and is highlighted in many museums and private collections around the world.
