Details: Held in the stunning Easton Collection Center, with views of the San Francisco Peaks, this workshop uses rare artifacts from the Colorado Plateau as inspiration for poetry and includes an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour with a collections expert.

Participants will also examine celebrated examples of poems that respond to art and discuss effective strategies for transforming our visual observations into powerful and immediate poems. We’ll have a special focus on crafting strong imagery and metaphor and effectively editing the poetic line. Suitable for all experience levels. Limited to 10 people.
